He keeps coming back every morning and spends several minutes pecking at
what must be tiny bugs, or their eggs, off a hanging plant outside my
window. I was able to sneak up on him from the inside, and get within
about a foot, and he never noticed me snapping away at his activities.
I was shooting through a tinted double pane window so there is some
diffusion as well as a bit of a blue tint to the image, but the plumage appears to be close to his true color.

He appears to be about the size of a House Wren. Who is he?
