There are two reasons I like small. The first is that people who are good at recognizing unrecognized value have too much money to dabble in small cap so there are some real overlooked gems out there.

The second reason is that small companies are easy enough to grasp. It's not like a GE where the CEO doesn't understand what is going on. Usualy these companies have a simple product and a simple business plan. You can really look at every aspect of the business.

Since everybody else is naming ticker symbols I'll start with RIMG. Sure it's been mentioned in a Fool article, but unlike those authors I have personally used their product. They make automated CD/DVD burners. The kind with integrated printers, suction arms, etc. They will go through hundreds of cds before requiring only a refill of blanks. As reliable as the sun.
