Will these be dividends or distributions, or in other words will your tax information from TOO-A come to you in the form of a K-1 or 1099?

This is not an insignificant question, I would stay clear if you will be receiving a K-1.

Rather than stay clear, I would suggest checking the details. I own some mlp preferreds that issue K-1's but they are still dividends, ie., there is no depreciation, but each issue is different.
