It promises 93% energy transfer, similar to wired charging.

Current phone wireless technology requires the device to be in contact with the charger, and properly oriented. This is so onerous with my Galaxy S10 phone, that I do not use it.
WiTricity's tech eliminates these issues. It is so flexible that batteries could be recharged while sitting at a stop light, or taxi batteries while in the cue. Supposedly 🤔.

Wireless tech would eliminate the complexities associated with physically connecting a charger to the charging port. This would facilitate automous vehicles.

I'm just putting wireless car charging on the radar.

Sure. But 93% of what? Not of 120kw (older Superchargers) or 250kw (new Superchargers) or 350kw (CCS). Maybe 93% of L2 speeds which is 6kw?

It is so flexible that batteries could be recharged while sitting at a stop light, or taxi batteries while in the cue.

Not sure how the business model works for this.
Probably works at the Disneyland cars ride.

Been used for transit buses for a while now. Pads at bus stops give a charge during each passenger load cycle.
