With all the rules being broken all over the park, it's no wonder they let a 41 y/o move in. They're a lot more relaxed than the reg book indicates. Thankfully!

Our trailer park is a good illustration that rules are made by people, and that they change to suit the people who invest time/money. When be bought out plot, the place was for recreational use and full-timing was forbidden. Now, as more and more of the owners have retired, the rules have changed to allow full-timers (and permanent structures, sprinklers, the park has had sewage and water run to every lot...the whole works.)

We're happy with the results since the park is more secure and people are really becoming neighbors, but it's funny to see the rules morph over the years.
