With all this talk of Mexico or Central America why don't you take some extended vacations there. Maybe look up a good realator prior to your visit so you have a free tour. Talk with the retirees at the nearby golf courses. I bet you can even find a couple of retired doctors on hand to discuss mediacal treatments, procedures etc. I am intereseted in directadvice, seems my financial advisor recently passed away and I am gun shy about finding another person so maybe an online solution is my only hope in keeping my finances in order. Oh another thing about foreign land--you can't buy any so you may own the house but the land is leased. My younger cousin had a child in Mexico so they were able to put the land in her name.
