This is a worker friendly AND shareholder friendly tax plan.
It is good for the country. It is unlikely to be popular with current management.

Tie the corporate tax rate to the differential between highest paid executives and lowest paid workers. Thats TOTAL Compensation of ANY kind. This creates a shareholder incentive to stop run-away manager pay, because more profit is lost to the tax man. It's good for workers, because manager who want more money need to spread the wealth or face a shareholder revolt over the higher tax rate. It's good for the country because more workers will have more money, reducing wealth inequality. Rates ? Well now, thats for another day, but personally I think the tax rate should really ramp at a 20:1 differential, becoming increasingly gruesome as you approach 100:1 and Usurious past that.
