At the meeting last night our leader introduced new versions of the TurnAround program materials. Fundamentally, the point count program is the same. The presentation format, the look of the materials is *much* improved. A nice clean modern look and formatting and imagery that communicates more clearly.

Well done!

A key important program change also occurred, but was not treated as if it were a major change.

The daily points target is now not simply a function of weight ranges. What you do now is start with the first two digits of your weight (for me 19) and add to that adjustment factors based on age (lower as you get older), gender (higher for men), general activity level (sedentary work is zero more points, teachers and retail workers get 2 points, etc.), and a couple of other factors. I gained 5 points and figure that it explains why I have trouble losing below 200 pounds when going from 240 to 200 was dead easy. I was often during the day in starvation or recovery mode.

It is clearly explained.

The core plan is much more clearly explained.

Honestly, the foolish stock picker in me was thinking: WW may be a buy!
