Yeah, I'm doing some other stuff:
1) Staring, malevolently, at the slip cover I was sewing. I really don't want to work on it!
2) Just received a commission for another painted mailbox. Worked out some samples last night, called the customer today and offered to bring them over for approval, and she said, "No, I trust you. Just do what you want with it and I'm sure I'll love it." Wow. Gotta love clients like that!
3) Learning to cook. That probably doesn't seem like a "craft" to most of you, but it's a brand-new art to me!
4) Working in EQ to design a quilt for my bed. I will probably not start it for another year or so, but I'm enjoying the designing portion.

btw - regarding material bunching in the back: I used curved safety pins last time, and still had a bit of that problem. But a friend started using the spray-baste stuff. She said it held everything together and kept it smooth for her. Have you tried it? Has anyone else tried it? She's a total newbie, so I was hoping for some "experienced" opinions (pro and con) about the stuff.

TIA (and happy crafting!)
