Yes... and I think this is especially an important point in O&G for the following:
1) Rich capital structure (bank debt, secured, unsecured, pfd are often there) with which to differentiate.
2) O&G common investors often have more dumb money (due to accounting confusion, and promotional nature of the biz)

My 2 cents.

I have no strong opinion on CHK, and was not attempting to make a dig at anyone here with comment #2, just has been my perspective over the years... I've been the dumb money before. ;-)
