Yes, TA figured the SEP contribution for me, and I even went back and double checked it myself, and it is definitely 20% of the 1040 line 12 minus self employment tax from line 27.

At this point, I'm beginning a new one and starting the whole shebang from scratch, just to make sure there weren't any off the wall entries I could have made elsewhere throwing everything off. Maybe that will help.
