Yet, Biden's approval rating has been on an observable decline since mid-June and his disapproval rating has been on a nearly monotonic rise since his election: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/biden-approval-rating/We see these kinds of articles fairly often - articles that claim Biden or Trump are gaining support among demographic X or losing support among demographic Y. But the claims are almost always based on anecdotal evidence gleaned by the author interviewing a handful of people who are part of that demographic. In this case, it is based on one bill that looks like it may pass. I usually check the 538 approval/disapproval ratings after reading such articles and almost never see an indication that much has changed at all.Democrats may wish to believe that Bidenism is being ratified, but Biden is losing approval rating so I'm not sure what to make of this. And if you bother to stick your head in the right wing echo chamber for 5 minutes (I know . . . it's painful, but how else do you find out what Trump world looks like?), you will hear a completely different story about Bidenism. There is no sign that anything is changing for the GQP base. And the 538 surveys indicate that there is no significant decline in the GQP base.
