Good news from Florida....

A Duval County teacher has been terminated from classroom instruction for refusing to remove a Black Lives Matter banner from the wall outside her classroom, violating Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ ban of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in public schools.

There's something reassuring about adults making actual adult decisions in at least one state, where the good of the constituents, and in this case, the good of the school children, is first and foremost.

Now, we need 49 other states to follow suit. Yeah, I know, won't happen in all, but it is nice to dream about it happening, and US school grads actually keeping pace with kids from places like India, Japan and China?? Whew! Like I said, it is fun to dream about it happening.

(not sure if that's behind a pay-wall)
