You can find most of those numbers on Zillow. They're ballpark figures, but Zillow has gotten decent at guessing what rent to charge.

The best way to use Zillow is to see what is on the market and look at what the property has rented for in history. The Zestimate is pretty useless. Has consistently under estimated what I could rent my property for by about $400/month on a $2400 rental. Until I list it for rent, that is, at which time the Zestimate tells me I am charging exactly what they think I should charge.
