You can still get a 10 for execution. Theoretically you can get one for difficulty to if you do enough difficult moves, but due to the time limits and to the execution deductions for various errors being so severe, people usually only try those moves they can consistently do well, and that usually results in difficulty scores in the mid-5's to mid-6's. Like skating, you get so much for each move you do, and they add them up, and that gives you your difficulty score.
