You guys probably aren't fully aware that the natural gas (NG) shortage is a North American phenomenon -- other parts of the globe are awash in the commodity. However there are very large transport issues to be solved. Not technically tricky, just very large investment is needed. I would predict that for the near future, LNG shipping technology is likely to be a major solution to this BTU problem.

Markets swing between irrational optimism and irrational gloom. You can imagine which one 2005 is, in this country (USA). It is my opinion that future NG supplies will loosen up via imports of LNG.
