You probably would not be buying any current vehicle because once L-5 arrives, they will all be implementing it. No one would sell a car they could rent out at a higher rate and generate more revenue (and thus more profit). GM already has the same idea. Probably so do the other manufacturers.

Someone will be selling vehicles. I don't see every single manufacturer stopping sales to the public. Some people will always want to own their vehicle and some manufacturer will not leave that demand untapped.
