I can think of a lot of people with better advice than "Give 10% of your income to Jesus." I don't begrudge him the "never use credit cards" even though it's stupid advice (2% cash back at the end of the year can be a nice piece of change, but financial illiterates may not have the discipline to use them wisely.) But he talks nicely about several financially devastating products, many of which he is paid to hawk, and that is unforgivable.
