Besides, within the context of fiancials and investments, a "sucker" is the result of the interchange of one person labeled a "suckor" who taking something without due compensation or consideration from another labeled the "suckee". The suckor unfairly gets value.

I am neither a suckor nor a suckee. I have paid hard earned $$ for a company that I believe in, I trust the management, and I am excited about the future of my INVESTMENT. And I am labeled an INVESTOR.

For the distraught board leaver, go in peace and I hope you find what you are searching for. As for myself, EUREKA, I have indeed found it and it is spelled, "C, I, S, C, O".
