Your doctor, who knows your age, weight, and general health should be asked about this problem of being tired. Have you been doing this exercise for long? Weeks, Months? It's really a good idea to see a doctor before beginning any exercise program. Are you sure your blood sugar is OK before and about 30 minutes after you exercise?

You've asked a question that needs a competent answer. There is no simple answer without providing a knowledgeable person much more information. I urge you to seek an answer.
