Zee's is good advice. I'm half way through a master's in special ed, though, and despite all the requirements for observing others' classrooms, there has been no planning (that I can see) to guarantee that any of those observations are of masterful teachers... I've been teaching full time as well as taking the classes, so learning from the great ones would have daily practical value. Do what you can, early on, to make sure that you see some of those in action. It can make all the difference.

And good luck!
