It’s a good article imv, slightly alarming even, to AMD shareholders. Nobody seems to have any date of arrival information, so delivery might be suspect.
Found some information on pricing. AMD is selling an MI300X for $10k to Microsoft, presumably retail is more, Nvidia is selling an H100 for $40k retail, for huge customers price unknown.
